Refund Policy

CaliFormas sells one-time digital downloads of sample document templates. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately after payment, all sales are generally final once the download or unlock is provided.

When we may refund

• Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our checkout.
• A proven failure to deliver the purchased file after a successful Stripe payment, after you email us with your receipt.
• Other cases required by applicable California or federal consumer law.

When we typically do not refund

• Change of mind after download or unlock.
• Mistaken form selection after delivery.
• Dissatisfaction with how a court, agency, or counterparty treats a sample template.
• Need for attorney customization — our forms are not legal advice and are pending attorney review.

How to request help

Email hello@califormas.com within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt, form name, and a short description. Refunds, when issued, go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
