2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information.

3. Products & pricing

Prices are one-time per form or bundle unless clearly stated otherwise. There is no hidden auto-renew. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Current catalog prices: residential lease $24; certain notices and simple forms $9; independent contractor agreement and mutual NDA $14; landlord bundle $39.

4. License

Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated documents for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell our templates as a competing forms product.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Laws change; forms may become outdated. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or that a court, agency, or counterparty will accept a document.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaliFormas and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific form giving rise to the claim.

Digital purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue in Los Angeles County, California.
